Before you can create a deal on the NBA Remuneration Portal, you must complete your profile setup by selecting your NBA Lagos branch and linking a bank account. This step is mandatory: the portal uses your branch to confirm your NBA Lagos membership category, and your bank account is where all deal disbursements are sent. Without completing this setup, the deal creation flow will not be accessible.
You must complete branch selection and bank account linking before you can create a deal. The portal blocks access to deal creation until both fields are saved.

Complete your KYC setup

You are redirected to the KYC setup screen automatically after verifying your NBA Enrollment Number (SCN) during sign-up. You can also access it later via Settings.

Navigate to the KYC setup screen

During onboarding, the portal redirects you to the profile setup screen after SCN verification. If you skipped this step or need to return to it later, go to Settings from the main navigation and open your profile.

Select your NBA Lagos branch

From the NBA Branch dropdown, select the branch you are enrolled under. The available options are:
  • Ikorodu
  • Ikeja
  • Lagos
  • Badagry
  • Surulere
  • Eti Osa
  • Epe
  • Others
Select the branch that matches your NBA Lagos membership. If your branch does not appear in the list, select Others.

Select your bank

Open the Bank dropdown and select your bank from the list. The dropdown is powered by Paystack and includes all major Nigerian commercial banks and microfinance institutions.If you cannot find your bank, scroll through the full list or type the bank name to filter results.

Enter your account number

Enter your 10-digit bank account number in the account number field. The portal sends the number to Paystack for verification and automatically resolves and displays your account name.Review the resolved account name to confirm it matches your registered bank account before saving.
Your account name is resolved automatically by Paystack — you do not enter it manually. If the wrong name appears, check that you entered the correct account number and selected the correct bank.

Save your details

Click Save to confirm your branch and bank account. The portal stores your details and unlocks the deal creation flow.You will see a confirmation message once your profile setup is complete.

Update your bank details later

You can change your linked bank account at any time from your profile settings.
  1. Go to Settings in the main navigation.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select your new bank from the dropdown, enter your updated account number, and wait for the account name to resolve.
  4. Click Save to apply the change.
Updating your bank account takes effect for all future disbursements. Deals already processed or in progress will disburse to the account that was active at the time of processing.
If you switch bank accounts, complete the update before submitting a new deal to ensure disbursements go to the correct account.
