The Documents section is a centralised repository for all legal documents associated with your property transactions on the NBA Remuneration Portal. Instead of managing files across separate email threads or local folders, you store and retrieve every transaction-related document in one place. All documents you upload are tied to your account and accessible from the Documents page at any time.

Document types

The portal is designed to hold the legal documentation that property transactions require. Common document types you will upload include:
  • Affidavits — statutory declarations required as part of the deal submission process
  • Property documents — title deeds, survey plans, valuation reports, and any other supporting evidence related to the property being transacted

Uploading a document

You can upload documents in two ways: From the Documents page:

Go to Documents

Navigate to Documents in the sidebar.

Select upload

Click the Upload button at the top of the page.

Choose your file

Select the file from your device. The portal accepts common document formats including PDF.

Confirm upload

Review the file name and confirm. The document will appear in your document list immediately.
During deal creation: The deal creation flow prompts you to upload required documents — particularly the affidavit — at the appropriate step. Documents uploaded during deal creation are automatically linked to that deal.

Searching your documents

Use the search bar at the top of the Documents page to locate a specific file. You can search by document name. Pagination controls at the bottom of the list let you navigate through larger document libraries.

Downloading a document

To download a document, select it from the document list and click Download. The file will be saved to your device in its original format.
All documents stored in the portal are protected with bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit. Only your account can access your uploaded documents.
Ensure every document you upload is correct and complete before you submit a deal. Once a deal is submitted, the documents attached to it are part of the formal submission record and cannot easily be replaced or amended. If you realise you have uploaded an incorrect document after submission, contact support immediately.
